6 Days Amboseli Naivasha Maasai Mara

This Kenya tour starts out with a drive to the Amboseli National Park; Kenya's "Elephant Country". Famous for its large herds of elephant. From Amboseli, the tour heads on to Lake Naivasha. The tour culminates with a safari to the Masai Mara Game Reserve; the site of one of the most spectacular phenomenon of the natural world – The Great Annual Wildebeest Migration.

Day to day Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Morning depart Nairobi to Amboseli National Park. You arrive for lunch at Kibo safari camp. This day you have an evening game viewing drive from 16.00 – 1800 hours. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge/ Amboseli Serena Lodge

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

Pre-morning game drive will be the perfect time for photographing the humbling and magnificent Mt.Kilimanjaro the highest peak in Africa. You also guaranteed to see the big elephants, giraffes, lions etc.Dinner and overnight in the Lodge

Day 3: AmboseliNational Park - Nairobi – Naivasha

Depart Amboseli after breakfast and drive to Lake Naivasha region arriving Lake Naivasha Country Club well in time for lunch. Afternoon boat ride on Lake Naivasha and a walking safari at Crescent Island, one of the few places in the world where one can wander on foot amidst wild animals - there are no predators. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort

Day 4:Naivasha - Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, you leave for Maasai Mara Game reserve with lunch on the way. You arrive for an evening game viewing drive from 16.00 – 18.00 hours. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or Keekorok Lodge

Day 5: Maasai Mara Game Reserve

This day you will go for a full days spent viewing and exploring this spectacular National Park. Wherever you go in the maasai Mara, you will see an astonishing amount of wildlife. Of the big cats, lions are found in large prides everywhere. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot but are still fairly common. Other common animals include Maasai giraffes, baboons, Warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, and matriarchal clans of spotted hyenas. Meals and overnight at Sopa Lodge

Day 6: Maasai Mara-Nairobi

You start with a pre-breakfast game viewing drive from 06.30 – 08.30 hours. Return to the camp for breakfast and leave thereafter for Nairobi with lunch on the way. You arrive in Nairobi at about 16.00 hours.
